skylar0graceI just wanted to say how grateful I am that I was a teen in the 90s! A local breakfast show did an appreciation for boy bands and I wanna say YEAH!!! I was a huge fan of boy bands and no matter how goofy it is now, I still love the idea of a bunch of guys singing a romantic song!
And I know that things like the synchronized dancing was really put down but not a whole lot of groups these days go to the effort to do that anymore. Admittedly, they're no longer in my recently played list but they've got their own special playlist and I'm not ashamed to say that every now and then I listen to it! :P
I also love that they were my influence growing up and can only shudder when I think about the sorts of influences my daughters will have when they hit their teens, especially given the sorts of artists that are around now.
