My friend told me, "I remember standing before the plate-glass window in my living room, staring out into the darkness, waiting for her to come home.

Also, as you guys know, I was so pumped about Zutara Week and I missed it :( I have my fics (which I'll post here for you guys) but I only got one wall done before I fell sick so it's all on its lonesome... oh well... The themes for the week were:

I tried, as I'm sure a lot of people did, to think outside the box and I chased down quotes relating to each of the themes, hoping for a different perspective. For a couple, I found different perspectives but chose another quote altogether that fit with what I had in mind. These are only short and I planned it that way; I didn't want these to be epically long or anything and if I didn't keep them short, I might have ended up using some of the ideas I have for my BB and I'm already in deep enough water with them :P They can all be individual pieces, I guess, but I was loosely going with moments from one fic :P

I was, in a way, not very surprised. There are a few movies on the list that I’ve seen most of but I didn’t count them because I hadn’t seen them all the way through. And a couple, like ‘Dawn of the Dead’ that I didn’t mark because even though I’ve seen the entire movie in cap form, there was no sound and I think that kinda ruins the movie :P

So, I was sick, as you guys know, and whilst the flu is gone, I'm left with the after effects of it which is mostly just a bad cold :/ But I was bored last night. I did a bit of art for a BB but my Muse was just not in the mood to write so I got caught up in memes... :P I have a doc on my lappy with a whole bunch of memes that I've seen and thought were cool to do but didn't have the time for. 1. Lay Down My Guns - Sanctus Real. I have hopes of one day doing a Dean/Buffy vid to this song. At first I thought it would suit SPN s3 but then I thought it would suit BtVS - and you know me, if I can get my OTP in there somewhere, I will! :P

2. Liar, Liar - Alexz Johnson. I actually can't remember who it was that introduced Alexz Johnson to me. We never aired that Instant Star show so it was completely new to me but I love her songs and this is such a heartbreaking one that I had to add it :)

3. Like It Like That - Guy Sebastian. - A fellow Aussie! I think he's incredible! And this song is very cheeky and catchy that you can't help but sing along with it. I'd love to do a vid to it but I've never seen it relational to any of my pairings so I'm still waiting.

4. Long Night - The Corrs. I think I did a Dean/Buffy vid to this song as a request to someone who wanted a vid for their fic. It was an early one so I may do it again one day so it's better but I love the song like nothing else. When I first heard it I had it on repeat for days - I think it drove Matt quite mad :P

5. Lying - Amy Meredith. VERY catchy. I've never seen it as a vid but I love the song regardless. Plus, they're Aussie so I'm already partial to them :P

jeymien. We are both Dedicated Readers but still got different scores. I find that interesting though getting part of a score in the 'Fad Reader' part makes me grin - I've never thought of myself as one but I really think I kinda am. At least, I'd like not to be but I know so many people who are they they make books sound good... and the books keep calling... :P

On the book note, I've decided to only buy books in ebook form from now on; it being a way of the future and all. I mean, I might get a book or two if I just have to have it in book form but otherwise, I like being able to carry around more books with me and have a lighter bag. Miss the texture of pages though... :(

I know, I forgot. But I am trying to finish of my BigBang so I have an excuse! THese are the last two days and I'll update you guys on my BB as I go. I'm thinking of adding one of those word count thingys but I'd have to find one first...

Day 19. Pairing you think is the most adorable.
Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable! They are just so CUTE!!! I mean, I'm a huge fan of the series, even without the movie, and they don't get together 'til the end anyway but still... In the beginning I didn't really see them together but I didn't really see them with anyone. Then as the series continued, I began seeing all the little things. It's actually one of my favourite pairings because they're best friends that don't have a whole bunch of tension building up through the series. Them getting together just fits in naturally and you realise when you go back that it was always there, they just didn't focus on it.

Day 20. A pairing people would be surprised you like.
CHANNY!!! Chad Dylan Cooper and Sonny Munroe are so gorgeous but I have to admit that once they got together, things weren't as good. Mostly because they changed his character too much. I know that people change when they're in a relationship but he changes too quickly and though the actors themselves have great chemistry together, the characters lose some of that when their banter is gone.

I'm not sure how the next season is going to go because I don't think there's a whole lot of Channy in it :/
